Rajaram Regupathy is a highly experienced System Software Architect with over 24 years of relevant experience in the industry. He is currently working as a Software Architect at Intel, where he is responsible for the development of Chrome OS, Firmware, and Android. Rajaram has a strong technical background and has filed five patents in 2017. In the past, Rajaram has worked as a Principal System Engineer at goarks software systems llp, where he managed and developed USB Type-C and USB Power Delivery Products using FPGA and Programmable controllers. He was also responsible for developing FPGA-based system software solutions, including Verilog IP implementation, designing schematics, and managing board design, procurement, assembling, and manufacturing of the products. Rajaram also developed firmware solutions for the products. Before joining goarks software systems llp, Rajaram worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Cypress, where he technically drove the complete life cycle of EZPD controllers from register set definition to firmware development to production support. He delivered USB Type-C and USB Power Delivery solutions based on CY controllers and proposed more than seven patent ideas on power delivery, four of which have been registered. Rajaram also participated in USB PD standardization activities and developed Linux/Android Driver solutions to CY USB-Serial and other CY USB Controllers. Rajaram holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Software Systems from BITS Pilani and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in ECE from Manonmaiam Sundaranar University. He is also skilled in Senior Software Engineering, Android, and Software Engineering.
