Rajat Dixit is a dynamic and ambitious professional with a passion for data science, machine learning, AI, product management, and trading stocks. He is currently working as an Assistant Manager at IndiaMART, the largest B2B platform in India, where he is responsible for product operations and management, including the development of ML models, stakeholder management, and sprint planning and execution. Rajat started his career as a Management Trainee in Marketing & Sales at Tata Steel BSL, where he worked in the OEM Division, responsible for B2B sales in the Hot Rolled segment. He has an MBA from IIM Kashipur, majoring in Strategy & Finance, and has completed a couple of live projects during his MBA to gain practical exposure. He also did his summer internship at HDFC Bank. Rajat believes that self-learning is a contributing aspect of personal growth and has completed many online courses to enhance his skill set. He is passionate about gaming and was a member of Gambit - The Gaming Club of IIM Kashipur. Rajat is always looking for new challenges and is seeking a rewarding career in the corporate world. He wants to work with organizations that keep pushing the bounds of reality and making products or providing services that excite him. In his free time, Rajat likes to read non-fiction books, play PC games, and read the news. He has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya and completed his 12th standard from Kendriya Vidyalaya in Science with Computer Science. Rajat's tech stack includes product management, data science, ML, and AI. With 2.26 years of relevant experience, Rajat is a driven and motivated individual who is always looking to learn and grow in his career.
