Rajat Gupta is a seasoned Senior Frontend Engineer with over 5 years of experience in building Progressive Web apps, Design Systems & Patterns, Micro Frontend architecture, Security, Optimization & User Experience Architecture. Currently working at vibecity as a Senior Frontend Engineer, Rajat is responsible for building and managing the official website marketplace (vibecity.com) and its related services. He provides the sellers/manufacturers with a high-performance dashboard that can be used to add, edit products, manage orders & shipment, launch sales or introduce common or personalized coupons on the store which can be product-specific as well, add & maintain catalogues, collections, reordering of the store items, and many more features with least clicks and inputs. In his previous role as a Senior Frontend Engineer at Koo India, Rajat built the all-new three-panel design of their website with a new Design System using Next & React, which provides great visibility and enhances the user experience with optimal load times. He also built Koo Embed system using React + Node which is used by biggest news media outlets such as Times of India. Rajat worked on optimizing the complete flow of the website, latency, CDN performance, FCP & other metrics, and enhanced the security of their web systems by mitigating cross-site scripting (XSS), HTML & DOM level injections, API, and payload attacks. Before Koo India, Rajat worked as a Full Stack Developer at Greyamp Consulting, where he was part of the core team, from initialization to delivery, building the product "GALE" from scratch. He was responsible for creating the Design System, pixel-perfect user interface, modules & components using React with TypeScript. Rajat also helped in managing infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform, container orchestration using Docker & docker-compose, configuration management for different environments, and automation scripts using Ansible in Red Hat Enterprise Linux environment. Rajat holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University and completed his schooling from The Pentecostal Assembly School.
