Rajat Kumar is a seasoned Fullstack Engineering Manager with extensive experience in various domains such as Data lake and Data warehousing, Ad tech, E-commerce, and Web application and Networking. He is currently working as an Engineering Manager (Data Platform) at Airtel, where he has developed scalable batch data ingestion and ETL frameworks for handling over 100 TB of data from approximately 2K different sources. He has also migrated data warehouse ingestion/ETL from on-premise to AWS cloud Redshift infrastructure and integrated and set up datalake to other organizations. Previously, Rajat has worked as a Technical Lead (Data Platform) at Paytm and a Fullstack Engineering Manager at Times Internet Ltd. At Times Internet Ltd, he has designed and developed Android SDK from scratch for serving native ads across all mobile apps and built the mobile platform team (Android and iOS: dev and QA) from scratch. He has also developed a self-serve ad campaign console and an ads recommendation engine to serve native ads. Rajat has also worked in the E-commerce domain at Flipkart, where he has worked on dynamic product pricing, web crawler enhancements, and developed a reporting and alert system. In the Web application and Networking domain, he has developed a call automation framework for Cisco at Infosys. With over 12.95 years of relevant experience, Rajat is proficient in various technologies such as Java, jQuery, JavaScript, Android, shell script, basic of C/C++, expect programming, MySQL, Spring, hibernate, Redis, Cassandra, SOLR, Hbase, Hive, and more. He is also well-versed in AWS, Docker, Jenkins, RabbitMQ, Kafka, CI/CD, MongoDB, Spring Boot, Microservices, DevOps, Postgres, Backend, and other relevant technologies. Rajat holds a Master's Degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from KIET. He has also completed his 12th class from Dayawati Modi Academy, Meerut, U.P.
