Rajat Naik is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Quantiphi with over 5 years of relevant experience in the field of Data Science. He has a demonstrated experience in building machine learning and AI applications for Computer vision and NLP use cases. Currently, Rajat is working as an Information Security Analyst at Accenture where he has performed security risk analysis to identify appropriate security countermeasures and delivered assessment reports for more than 40 client projects. He has also designed training and mentoring programs for new hires to raise awareness regarding data security at the workplace. In the past, Rajat has worked as a Data Science Intern and a Data Scientist at SMEcorner, a leading modern age lending company. As a Data Scientist, he executed data-driven AI solutions to increase the efficiency of internal data processing and was a part of the entire product development lifecycle including requirement generation, annotation, modeling, and product backend-development. Rajat has worked on several key projects, including the development of an AI solution for financial summary generation from image documents using deep learning and computer vision, reducing processing time per document by up to 50 percent. He also developed text classification models to map extracted text data to respective fields in financial reports and collaborated with the engineering team for model integration and deployment. Rajat holds a Post Graduate Certification in Data Science from Aegis School of Business, Data Science & Telecommunication, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management.
