Rajat Sharma is a consumer internet/startup leader who is currently dedicated to making education accessible online with personalization and technology. With close to a decade of experience in the consumer internet space, working with organizations like eBay, Flipkart, Vedantu, and Toppr, problem-solving comes naturally to him. He is currently investing his time building out Growthschool with Vaibhav Sisinty. Rajat completed his Masters in Management at SJMSoM, IIT Bombay (MBA), Batch of 2013 (General Management), and Bachelors in Technology (I.T.) from USIT, GGS Indraprastha University, Delhi, Batch of 2011. He has a relevant experience of 9.03 years. Rajat's past experiences include working as Business Head- B2C at Fliplearn Education, where he led new product development, zero to one, marketing and lead gen, sales ramp up, UI/UX, landing pages, hiring and team leadership, operations, and academics. He also worked at Vedantu as Head, Inside Sales & Planning, where he managed inside sales, FPnA and PnL, lead planning, fintech, and team management of 350+. Rajat's tech stack includes UI and test. He is currently the Head of Sales and New Initiatives at Growthschool, where he is responsible for driving sales growth and identifying new opportunities for the company.
