Rajeev Tiwari is an accomplished entrepreneur, product leader, mentor, and technology leader with over 10 years of experience in the industry. He is the Founder and CTO of Talentnook, an afterschool marketplace that has expanded to deliver solutions for gaps in the education system. Rajeev is passionate about servicing his customers to the best of his ability, keeping a strong empathy for his customers and representing their best interests in his deliverables. He loves to lead and work with teams, bringing focus to better learning and socio-emotional development. Rajeev's entrepreneurial journey started with his personal itch and inefficiencies in everyday life, leading to the ideation of a better afterschool learning model for the K-12 education system. He is an expert on ideation and believes that innovation starts with personal experience. With the pandemic, Rajeev identified a growing need for social-emotional learning for students, particularly middle schoolers. With the painstaking efforts of the Talentnook team, their SEL solution, Palo, became a reality and is now used by several schools. Prior to Talentnook, Rajeev has held leadership positions at Salesforce and Satmetrix, where he has gained experience in technology leadership, team management, product management, collaboration, and enablement. He has led, hired, and groomed new Buildmasters, collaborated with over 60 core executive stakeholders, and overseen team operations under Scrum/Kanban model. He has also built and led development teams of 3-9 engineers located in different time zones, designed product integration with customer systems, and managed project execution to its successful delivery. Rajeev holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UC Davis Graduate School of Management, a Certificate Program in Business Administration from University of California, Berkeley, Extension, an MS in Applied Mechanics from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a B Sc Engg and Diploma in Engg from aligarh muslim university. He also completed his Intermediate in Science from Shri Shiv Dan Singh Inter College, Iglas Aligarh. His tech stack includes senior software engineer, Salesforce, test, product manager, product designer, and integration.
