Rajendra Sahu is an accomplished Director of Software Engineering with over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Currently, he holds the position of Director Software Engineering at Gap Inc. where he leads the planning and execution of project work plans, directs development team efforts to achieve team and product development goals, and collaborates with cross-functional teams in global locations to build software architectures that resolve complex business problems. Rajendra is a skilled leader who oversees solutions development initiatives utilizing input from consultants and technology vendors. He has a strong ability to review technical feasibility and work with his team to develop timelines for product development. He manages product development budgets, resource allocation, and scheduling, and leads/mentors engineering teams to develop highly reusable and modular software components.
