Rajendra Ukarande is an accomplished Manager and End-to-End Solution Architect with over 10 years of experience in various industry segments such as Cloud IT, Product IT, IT MNC, Media, and Manufacturing. He is currently associated with Intaleq, where he is responsible for setting up the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Practice as part of the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy at FIFA World Cup 2022. Rajendra's main areas of expertise include ITIS delivery of various sizes, Disaster Recovery Solutions using different products like VMware SRM, Microsoft Server Replication, Planning and Implementation of VMware vSphere 5.5, 5.1, and 4.1 Data Center, Migration/Upgradation & Administration vSphere environments, Windows Server 2012 R2, 2008-R2, Active Directory Administration & Management & Linux & Cent OS 6.0 server administration. He has experience in providing technical solutions for Disaster Recovery, Capacity Management & Addition of new servers into existing DCs, Technical Project Management, and working with ITIL framework. He was responsible for designing and implementing virtual data centers across the globe, installation, configuration & management of VMware Infrastructure, designing and implementing SRM 5.8 as DR solution, and upgrading vSphere environments from 5.1 Update 3 to 5.5 Update 2 using Update Manager Across all the DCs. Rajendra holds an MBA-IT degree from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University and an M.C.M degree from Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Technology. He also has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Management from the same institute.
