Rajeswara Rao is an experienced Construction Site Manager with over 12 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. He is currently working at BASF Petronas as a Delivery, Installation & Commissioning Manager for 2 x 120TPH Steam Boiler. In his current role at Amalgamated Metal Corporation (AMC) @ Tapis-R Exxon Platform, Rajeswara leads a team to perform repair jobs, performs daily manpower & costing planning, and daily progress reporting. He also performs quality inspections, prepares quality control documents & inspection reports, and performs daily gas checks at the work site. Rajeswara successfully completed a job and handed it over within 3 weeks instead of one month due to urgency by the owner. Rajeswara has previously worked at AMC as a QA Engineer, where he prepared and reviewed all the code compliance documents for QC & Production Department for fabricating pressure vessels, heat exchangers, boilers, HRSG’s & skid packages. He ensured product conformance to quality standards and customer’s specifications, liaised with clients, owners, DOSH, Third Party Inspectors, and Authorized Inspectors. Rajeswara also engaged with major Oil & Gas clients and owners such as Shell, Burnei LNG, Exxonmobil, Petronas, Halliburton, BIH, SEPX, FLOUR, E-process, JORD, SBM, VME Process, Bumi Armada. Rajeswara is also the Director of Netbyte Solutions, where he provides networking solutions and deployment, sales and service of IT products, manages web and shopping cart hosting & development, VPN, server management & collocation, and project management. Rajeswara holds an M Eng Advanced Manufacturing Management degree and a B Eng (Hons) Mechanical Engineering degree from Multimedia University. He also has a Science Stream degree from Malacca High School and attended SMK Laksamana. Rajeswara's technical skills include test and QA. He has relevant experience of 12.12 years in the industry.
