Rajhans Sharma is an internationally experienced Talent Professional with a passion for enabling people and organizational effectiveness. With over 12 years of experience, he has led and executed various internal and client-facing HR and L&D projects, including Leadership Development, Organization Design, Competency Management, HR Business Partnering, HR process design, and Talent Analytics. Coming from a humble and first-generation student background, Rajhans's personal high standards and adaptations have led him to transform into an internationally adept HR professional. His vision and purpose of resolving organization challenges to win-win outcomes, creating an atmosphere of dignity and respect, and evolving things towards perfection have helped him add value to his role in the long term. Currently working as a Talent Partner at FrieslandCampina, Rajhans is responsible for staying close to the company's beliefs and looking for talent that gets the most out of their natural potential by staying true to their own nature. He has also worked as an HR and L&D Business Partner (AGM) at DLF Limited, where he partnered with senior directors to develop and deliver tailored people initiatives in areas including Talent Acquisition, Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Identification and Development Performance Optimization, and Change Management for Retail, Hospitality, and Leasing vertical. Rajhans has a diverse educational background, including an Executive MBA in Strategy and Human Resources Management from Management Development Institute and a B.Sc. in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management Shillong, Meghalaya. He has also completed various LinkedIn certifications and participated in informational interviews with mentors to better his HR knowledge. Apart from his professional experience, Rajhans has also utilized his time and resources for settling his family, including his toddler, into the new socio, cultural, and geographical environment in the Netherlands and for self-development. He has spent quality time with his daughter in Bibliotheken and with other infrastructure available for toddlers, bettered his HR knowledge with LinkedIn certifications and informational interviews with mentors, and participated in volunteering projects through Gementee as part of an effort to give back to society.
