Raju Kumar is a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Rakuten Symphony, Inc. with a strong background in LTE and 5G technologies. He has extensive experience in RRC, SON, MLB, C, and C++ programming languages. Currently, he is working at Altiostar, where he is involved in the development of SON features like MRO, MLB, ANR, and MFBI. Raju has a deep understanding of in-memory distributed databases and has worked as an automation engineer for Huawei Technologies India Pvt Ltd. Before joining Altiostar, Raju worked at Tech Mahindra as a Senior Software Engineer, where he developed Spirent LTS test pack solutions using technologies like LTE, GPS, OTDOA, and eCID to provide on-demand location-based emergency services. He also worked at L&T as a Software Engineer, where he designed and developed S1AP layer functionalities according to 3GPP specifications for eNB protocol stack development. He has an overall understanding of control plane messages in LTE networks, especially NAS, RRC, and S1AP. Raju is an accomplished professional with a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from Atria Institute of Technology. He also holds a 12th-grade degree in PCM from Ram Mohun Ray Seminary and a 10th-grade degree in SSC from Sitamarhi High School, Dumra. He has a diverse tech stack, including software engineering, C, testing, OpenCV, image processing, ML, neural networks, and infrastructure. With 8.86 years of relevant experience, Raju is a dedicated and skilled professional committed to delivering high-quality results.
