Raktim Kalita is a skilled Software Engineer with 2.78 years of experience in the industry. He graduated from Assam Engineering College with First Class Honors in 2020 and began his career at Cognizant as a fresher. During his tenure at Cognizant, Raktim was trained in various technologies such as Core Java, Angular, Springboot, AWS, Unix & Shell Scripting, and MySQL. Raktim worked on two Data Privacy projects that utilized the BigID tool after undergoing training on using the BigID platform. He collaborated with various teams to troubleshoot the connectivity of data sources and performed upgrades of the BigID tool in PROD, DEV, and UAT Servers using Docker and Unix commands. Raktim also created custom API connectors using Springboot that generated JSONS according to GDPR and CPRA/CCPA Laws and returned the result to the BigID frontend. Currently, Raktim is a Software Engineer in Java stack at GlobalLogic. He possesses expertise in AWS, Docker, Spring Boot, Java, Frontend, MySQL, Deep Learning, AngularJS, ML, Backend, ECS, GAN, RabbitMQ, Javascript, Spring, Microservices, Search, and Web. Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Raktim worked as a Freelancer at Mister IT, where he helped create a CICD pipeline on AWS that created a docker image of the project, assigned a certificate, and pushed the image to an S3 bucket. The image was also pushed to JFrog for backup. He also worked as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant, where he worked on a new BigID Project for a Fortune 500 company. Raktim's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Assam Engineering College and a Higher Secondary Certificate in Science from Gurukul Grammar Senior Secondary School. He also holds a High School Leaving Certificate from Gurukul Grammar Senior Secondary School. Raktim is a motivated and dedicated individual who is passionate about software engineering.
