Ramakanth Dheeraj Hemadri is a young and enthusiastic marketing and sales analyst who strongly believes in data and always looks for key opportunities to drive towards success. With a relevant experience of 6.78 years, Ramakanth has developed key strengths in data analytics, presentations, Power BI, and advanced Excel. He strongly believes that productivity is the key to success rather than hard work. Currently working as a Manager at HDFC Bank, Ramakanth analyzes the sales data and numbers, conducts scope of work and gap analysis, carries out product and market analysis, studies competitors and their positioning, and prepares weekly status reports presentation. He also conducts primary and secondary research of business leads and prepares business MIS in regular intervals for the daily study. Ramakanth is also responsible for business analysis and client management. In the past, Ramakanth has worked as a Marketing Management Intern at HDFC Bank, where he generated business of 0.7 Million (INR) in just 6 weeks. He has also worked as an Assistant Manager - Data Analyst Marketing at DSP Group, where he analyzed the current market situation, calculated the productivity of each resource in the sales team, conducted client surveys, and guided the team accordingly on the key actions to be taken to increase productivity. Ramakanth also conducted portfolio analysis for key customers and guided them on restructuring and rebalancing their investment portfolios with respect to stock market volatilities. Ramakanth has completed his Post Graduate Program in Business Leadership from the School of Inspired Leadership and holds a B-Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from Koneru Lakshmaiah College of Engineering. He has also completed his HSE from Sri Chaitanya Boys Jr College and SSC from New Vision The Concept School. Ramakanth's tech stack includes SQL and Research Scientist.
