Ramaraja R. is a first-generation graduate student pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at Virginia Tech with a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence. Before joining Virginia Tech, Ramaraja worked for 6.5 years as a Senior Fullstack Polyglot Engineer at ADP and Mindtree, where he developed enterprise products. He has experience working on large-scale projects, including HCM products with over 200 microservices and cloud-native architecture. Ramaraja is versatile and has learned many languages and frameworks, making him adaptable to any new technology. Ramaraja's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, which he is expected to complete in 2024. He also attended Maharishi Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School and Stafford International School, Colombo, where he earned a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor's degree, respectively. Ramaraja's technical skills include Research Scientist, ML, Microservices, GPT, CI/CD, Java, Docker, MongoDB, Elastic Search, Spring Boot, Spring, Search, and infra, among others. He has relevant experience of 7.18 years in the industry. Ramaraja is an ambitious and dedicated individual who is always eager to learn and explore new technologies.
