Ramasamy Murugan is an accomplished Program Manager with over 41 years of experience in the industry. Currently, he is associated with IBM India Ltd as a Program Manager and has played various roles in the company, including Program Management, Transition Management, Pre Sales, Delivery Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, and People Management. He has received all types of IBM awards for his outstanding contribution to the company. Ramasamy has architected, developed, and institutionalized various tools that have greatly helped large accounts. These tools include People Management Tool - Starter Leaver Process and People Analystics tool, Graduate Hire Management Tool - Analytics Tool, Staffing Tracker Tools – Resource Fulfillment Management Tool, and Face Time Tool – To understand the pulse of employees. Prior to joining IBM, Ramasamy has worked with Skylark Drones and Covansys. At Skylark Drones, he was an Advisor, and at Covansys, he worked as a Project Manager. His responsibilities included Project Delivery Management, People Management, Quality Auditing, P-CMM certification, and providing mentorship for new managers. Ramasamy completed his B.E in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore, in 1986. He also attended Donbosco, Tiruppathur, for his schooling.
