Ramya Murugesan is a skilled Data Engineer with a demonstrated history of delivering high-impact, product-focused solutions using vast amounts of data. During her tenure at Accenture, she has worked on various projects for UK-based Telecommunication clients. She has developed a data pipeline and a backend system to fetch data from the Oracle database on a day-to-day basis and derive data insights out of them. She has also built an end-to-end monitoring and reporting tool to visualize the conversations of a chatbot and provide insights to the business using Pandas and Numpy. Ramya has created a Machine Learning model to predict the churn values and optimized the model using Regularization techniques. She has also worked with Docker containers for production deployment and responsible for debugging production defects. Ramya has maintained the code versions in Github and mentored junior peers in writing and debugging hive query. Ramya has also developed an entire NLP model for public users using AI platform IBM Watson Assistant. She has developed a dialog flow for production chatbot with 10k users per day using Deep Learning RNN model. Ramya has collaborated with onsite clients to get the sprint requirements and design. She has worked independently on Developing, testing, and deploying the Reporting part of the chat Application.
