Rashida Khatoon is a passionate User Experience Designer II at Blue Yonder, with over 3.95 years of relevant experience in UX strategy, innovation consulting, experience design, user experience, service design, design thinking, visual design, interaction design, user research, prototyping, branding, storytelling, Digital marketing strategies, scenario use case development, convergent design across digital, physical, and human touchpoints, workshop facilitation, leadership + management, business development, proposal writing, and client relations. At her core, Rashida is a UX strategist who believes that a highly effective product strategy requires insight into the intersection of design, business, technology, and the user. Her strengths encompass defining the product vision, problem-solving, crafting compelling stories, and designing seamless, human-centered experiences across complex ecosystems. She enjoys interfacing with clients, internal executives, and product teams to bring innovative ideas to life and solve business problems. Rashida thrives on envisioning and delivering meaningful, delightful, and impactful experiences that make business sense. Rashida fundamentally believes that design can improve people's lives, transform companies, and change the culture and beliefs. Her verticals include Inventory Management, E-commerce, retail, search, Lifescience, Healthcare, Education, and Architecture. Rashida's past experience includes working as a User Experience Designer I at Valuelabs, where she worked on various projects that involved redesigning an E-com website, conducting user research to identify the potential opportunities in the current system in the healthcare domain. She partnered with the ACTO team to rethink the event core tool that enables life-science companies to manage and plan events, both offline and online. Rashida also worked as a User Experience Designer at Valuelabs, where she worked for clients such as ACTO, Navitas, and Nexgen. She worked on the Online student portal for MBA students at Navitas. Rashida completed her Masters in Design in User experience design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, in 2019. She also holds a Bachelor of Architecture - BArch from the Faculty of Architecture, UPTU, Lucknow, which she completed in 2016.
