Rasika Sarnaik is an experienced eLearning specialist with a strong background in information technology. With over 10 years of relevant experience, she has developed a range of skills including communication, learning management, cross-functional collaborations, project management, innovation, instructional design, and technical writing. Rasika holds a Master of Business Strategies (M.B.S.) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Pune University. Currently, Rasika works as the Manager - IESA Education Programs at India Energy Storage Alliance (IESA). In this role, she collaborates with leaders and stakeholders to brainstorm education offerings that align with organizational goals. She designs, develops, and executes various education offerings such as eLearning courses, scheduled and corporate training programs, podcasts, blogs, expert panels, partner programs, and student communities. Rasika also works with vendors to build the website and learning management system, and executes virtual instructor-led classes. She is responsible for building and training the team and designing an onboarding training program. Prior to her current role, Rasika worked as a Manager - IESA Education Programs at Customized Energy Solutions and as a Sr. Education Content Developer at Qubole. At Qubole, she pioneered the badge program that acknowledged users' platform skills and allowed them to share their certificate on social media. She also developed role-based and modular ILT, In-Product, and Web-Based training programs for the Data Lake platform. Rasika co-designed and developed internal processes to streamline training development and delivery, and managed in-progress and released eLearning assets. She collaborated extensively with product management, engineering, product enablement, and marketing teams to deliver innovative, high-quality, and accurate content. Rasika's education history includes a PGDBM (Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management) and a Master of Business Strategies (M.B.S.) from Indian Institute of Cost and Management Studies and Research Indsearch (Pune University) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from P.V.G.s College of Engineering and Technology (Pune University).
