Ravi Pratap Singh Chauhan is a seasoned technology executive with over 29 years of experience in the IT industry. As the Vice President of Technology Services & Practices at Magic EdTech, Ravi is responsible for leading global digital and engineering transformation across the organization. He is a change agent who is transforming the current ways of working towards enhanced value provided to clients and their customers. Ravi has extensive experience in product development and global delivery for leading travel, cosmetics, hi-tech manufacturing, entertainment, and e-learning companies. He has worked as an Account Delivery Lead and Program Manager for e-commerce platform development for multiple clients globally. Ravi has domain experience in travel, hi-tech manufacturing, entertainment, publishing, education, utilities, retail, and logistics and transportation. Based out of California (USA) for 7 years from 1998-2005, Ravi has worked across the entire IT landscape, including product development (Agile), COB (Complete Offsite Based) Transition, ASM, testing, proposal preparation, and bid defense. He has managed revenues of more than 30+ Million USD with a peak team size of 350+ people. Ravi has also worked with teams and clients on various Six Sigma projects and other value-added activities to deliver beyond the normal ask. He has inculcated team bonding in all engagements led by him, leading to low attrition, value-added, and glitch-free services to the client, ensuring deliveries are done within SLAs. Ravi has experience in managing and working in varied technologies and platforms such as AWS, Azure, Hybris, .Net, Oracle, Java, SAS, C, COBOL, DB2, Mainframes, and Midrange across development, maintenance, and testing. He has also set up offshore development centers from scratch for multiple clients. Ravi holds an MBA degree in IT from Amity University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Pune. He is a Cloud Practitioner, SAFe 5 APM & Agilist, Scrum@Scale Practitioner & CSM. Ravi's tech stack includes product management, testing, AWS, Java, and Azure.
