Ravi Teja Salugu is an Associate Product Manager at Credit Saison India with 3.44 years of relevant experience. He also built the roadmap and compiled comprehensive user stories by conducting extensive user surveys and interviews for requirement gathering, PRD documentation, wireframing, and collecting user feedback and sign-offs for the rebuild of the entire CRM platform. Ravi also has experience working at CGI as a software engineer. He worked on a SaaS software that handles financial instruments for HSBC by building enhancements on it as a frontend and backend developer. Ravi successfully led multiple development sprints in Scrum Agile methodology and acted as a product analyst by fixing and providing RCA on multiple development bugs. He also implemented multiple enterprise-level requirements on new technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and Prometheus to contribute to an industrial-level project being built from scratch.
