With over 4 years of experience in the retail domain as a BI Developer, he has gained extensive knowledge and working experience on BI Tool BOARD International. He is proficient in the concept of ETL, Data Warehousing, OLAP & OLTP, and has a strong background in Data visualization and Dashboarding. Ravichandra is currently working in Agile Technology and has a strong understanding of the latest industry trends. At Janani Pictures, Ravichandra has brought his vision to life by creating a platform for raw talented writers, directors, and artists to showcase their skills and tell engaging stories. His struggles to get into film-making have inspired him to help others realize their dreams without going through the same hardships. Prior to founding Janani Pictures, Ravichandra worked as a Business Intelligence Developer at simbus, where he developed OTB and Option plan processes for the client Bestseller. He also developed Sales Planning processes at store and brand levels for different types of channels and cost budgeting at the store level. He then worked as a Business Intelligence Consultant at Pantaloons, where he was responsible for financial planning and reporting, as well as merchandise planning and reporting. Ravichandra holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from b. m. s. college of engineering, where he gained a strong foundation in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, and ETL. He is proficient in various technologies and has a strong technical background that enables him to excel in his work.
