Ridhima Madan is a skilled project planner with over 6 years of experience in the IT networking industry. Currently, she is working as a Project Planner at Ericsson, where she is responsible for network rollout projects from inception, planning to delivery employing successful mitigation strategies to meet business objectives. Ridhima is pursuing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IIM Ahmedabad and is expected to graduate in 2022. She completed her Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from JIIT in 2014. Prior to that, she completed her high school education from Mater Dei High School in 1997, where she studied Science. Before her current role, Ridhima worked as an Ericsson Spectrum Sharing Engineer and Network Engineer at Ericsson. With her relevant experience of 8.27 years, she has honed her skills in project management, network planning, and optimization. Ridhima is a proactive individual who is always ready to take up new challenges. She has a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within tight deadlines. Her ability to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies has helped her to ensure project success. Apart from her work, Ridhima is an active member of the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR) and participated in their 2021 conference. She is a quick learner and is always open to new ideas and perspectives. With her diverse experience and skillset, Ridhima is well-positioned to take on challenging roles and make a positive impact in any organization she works for.
