Rishabh Goyal is a dynamic Software Engineer with a passion for product management and behavioral science. He is a graduate of Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, where he earned a degree in Chemical Engineering in 2021. Currently, he is working as a Software Engineer-1 at L&T, where he is responsible for developing and testing software products. Rishabh is a Data-Driven Jack of All Trades who has a mission to increase the value of one's own time exponentially by constantly iterating. He has extensive experience in product management, gauging projections, estimates, and building strategies. He is a skilled negotiator and has a side hustle as a freelance negotiator, behavioral science & compounding wealth. In the past, Rishabh has worked as a Product Manager at Aditya Birla, where he collaborated with scientists to develop a system for predictive quality analysis of carbon beads manufactured in Birla Black Plants. The model he developed has the potential to replace manual quality testing, mitigate loss-making batches, and save millions of dollars for Birla Black Plants worldwide. He has also co-founded Aeolus Inc, where he secured a government grant of INR 1 million for the hardware prototype development of Project- Air Purifier Integrated Ceiling Fan. Under his leadership, the team iterated and developed a business model, revenue structure, go-to-market strategy, and market sizing for the current project under the banner of a larger vision. Rishabh's education and work experience have equipped him with a diverse skill set that includes software engineering, product management, infrastructure, testing, research science, and data science. He has relevant experience of 2.19 years and is always eager to learn and take on new challenges.
