Rishi Mahecha is a skilled Human Resources Generalist with a passion for people-centered development and strategic decision-making. He is experienced in various HR operations and is always up for challenges and new opportunities. Rishi is currently working at Decipher Zone Technologies Pvt Ltd, where he is responsible for hiring software developers for Java, React JS, Node JS, Angular, MEAN, and MERN profiles for Jaipur and Gurugram locations. Prior to his current role, Rishi worked as a Human Resources Manager at Suresh Gyan Vihar University, where he managed recruitment and all HR activities. Rishi completed his high school education in Business/Commerce, computer, and General from Nitin Girls Sr Sec School in 2012. Rishi is a software engineer with expertise in NodeJS, ReactJS, Java, and Research Science. He has 3.20 years of relevant experience in the field.
