Rishikesh Holey is an experienced Lead Developer with over 8 years of experience in the software development industry. He has a strong background in the Investment Banking domain, with extensive experience in the development and performance improvement of middle and back office applications. Currently working as an ENO at Credit Suisse, Rishikesh has previously worked as a Senior Software Engineer at BNP Paribas CIB and Clover Infotech. Rishikesh has expertise in database development and design, with proven ability to understand requirements and translate them into actionable project plans in deadline-oriented environments. He also delivered training to internal teams and junior staff on database performance and the new modules introduced in the product. At Clover Infotech, Rishikesh worked on the SF Loan Level Utility application, used to provide loan level rating for big firms. His responsibilities included developing new packages, functions, SPs, and triggers, fixing and enhancing the existing ones, and performance tuning of SQL queries and stored procedures. Rishikesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Aurangabad, and a High School Diploma in Computer Engineering from Government Polytechnic, Pune.
