Rishikesh Kulkarni is an experienced IT leader with over 21 years of domestic and international experience in enterprise software development for both services and product organizations. He has strong leadership and management skills with the ability to see the "BIG Picture" and manage large-scale transformational programs with cross-functional teams for clients across North and South America, EMEA, and APAC regions. Currently, Rishikesh is the Group Development Manager at Capita, where he is leading one of the largest SBU/Vertical of product portfolios. This product portfolio is consistently rated as a market leader and has a niche market. He has also scaled one of the largest business units and set up this unit with business and delivery strategy, end-to-end product portfolio delivery responsibility of BU, ensured swift transition, and implemented the Target Operating Model. Rishikesh has also achieved numerous accolades, including being awarded the most innovative unit in 2019 and excellence in delivery in 2018. In previous organizations, he led and managed transformation programs for enterprise clients such as Optus Telecom, Hershey's, Merck, and T-Mobile, achieving significant productivity improvements and cost savings. Rishikesh is also experienced in team management, having built high-performing teams and increased team effectiveness by mentoring, guiding, and inspiring the engagement of team members. He has managed cross-site and cross-functional teams ranging from 25 to 165 members. Rishikesh is CMMI compliant and ensures that projects undergo regular CMMI audits and maintain healthy CMMI5 compliance of all projects in the portfolio. He is also well-versed in international and regional compliance, ensuring that risk and other international standards and compliance requirements are met via internal compliance units. Rishikesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College and has expertise in software engineering, mobile, parts-of-speech, infra, Swift, and DevOps.
