Rishit Bansal is a highly skilled Full Stack Developer, DevOps Engineer, and Cybersecurity enthusiast with over 3.5 years of relevant experience. He is a quick learner and has a passion for exploring new topics in the field of Computer Science. Rishit completed his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Vellore Institute of Technology, where he gained valuable industrial experience through numerous internships. Currently, Rishit works as a Founding Team SDE and DevOps Engineer at Dyte, where he is involved in making crucial architectural decisions and bug fixes in the backend, client-side SDKs, and the cloud infrastructure. He has developed essential microservices that implement algorithms to load balance and allocate thousands of video calls every day between multiple servers. Rishit has also created a complete auto-scaling system on top of Kubernetes, Helm, and AWS EKS, and an automated CI gitops-based flow using ArgoCD to handle deployments to master and staging environments. In addition to his work at Dyte, Rishit is deeply interested in Cybersecurity and takes part in CTFs with csictf. He has also contributed to various open-source projects on Github and has written technical articles on Dev.to and Medium. Rishit has previously worked as a Software Intern at Vicara, where he developed various web and desktop applications to work with Vicara's gesture control device, Kai. He has also worked as a Vice Chair at the Computer Society of India - VIT Student Chapter, where he supervised 10+ events and day-to-day operations of the chapter. Rishit created a CTF Team, csictf, which is now one of the top CTF teams in India. He organized csictf 2020, a CTF competition that hosted over 1700 teams from all over the world. Rishit's technical skills include DevOps, Software Engineering, AWS, Microservices, Web, Kubernetes, Infra, Typescript, Frontend, ECS, Postgres, Backend, Python, Javascript, Test, NodeJS, and Golang.
