Ritesh Firodiya is an experienced Software Engineer with a passion for improving and creating high-quality products. With over 4 years of experience in software development and a focus on Javascript, Ritesh has worked in various domains such as Banking, Finance, Auditing, Identity and Access Management, Food and Delivery. He has contributed to open source projects and has worked in both product-based and service-based companies, ranging from startups to MNCs. Ritesh is proficient in Javascript, React, Webpack, CSS, and Redux, and is always open to learning new technologies to build quality products. Currently working as an SDE 3 at Masai School, Ritesh is responsible for teaching coding, developing in MERN, designing and managing teams for internal development, and taking interviews. Masai School is a career-focused coding school that aims to create as many software developers as possible and empower the nation. Previously, Ritesh worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Swiggy, where he innovated and implemented efficient solutions to make restaurant management easy for restaurant owners. He also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Globant, where he worked on technologies like React and Node in the domain of Banking and Finance. His responsibilities included designing and implementing efficient web components to be integrated with banking servers and guiding the team in achieving pixel-perfect requirements. Ritesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Pune Vidhyarthi Griha's College of Engineering and Technology. He has experience working with various technologies such as AWS, MongoDB, NodeJS, Docker, Typescript, Bamboo, MySQL, Jenkins, DevOps, and Azure.
