Ritik Kasera is a highly motivated and ambitious professional currently pursuing his MBA in Marketing and Human Resource from IBS Bangalore. He has completed his BBA and passed CAT and NMAT with flying colors. Ritik has also completed a number of courses from EDX that provides Harvard, including Marketing Innovative Product and Services, Leaders of Learning, Design the User Experience, Global House and Design, Introduction to FinOps, Value of Business Models, Business Model Testing, and How to Design a Successful Business Model. Ritik's current role is in HR at Orzo, where he is responsible for building the team. Prior to joining Orzo, Ritik worked at Praedico Global Research as an RBDA-1. He was delighted to begin this new phase in his career with Praedico Global Research Pvt Ltd. and was proud to be a part of the organization. At Praedico, he learned and developed his skills in the field of research. Ritik also worked as an Unschool Community Influencer at Unschool, a platform that provides alternative learning and teaching methods to enable the youth towards employment. As an intern, he was involved in market research to identify the target market for the products, promotion, sales, and marketing of Unschool products through various marketing channels. Ritik has a strong educational background, having completed his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from iLEAD Institute of Leadership Entrepreneurship and Development and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from MCKV Institute of Engineering. He is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration in Marketing from IBS Bangalore. Ritik's technical skills include test and research scientist. He has 0.36 years of relevant experience and is always looking to learn and grow in his career. He is a hardworking and dedicated individual who is committed to achieving his goals and making a positive impact in his field.
