Ritika Jain is a Category Growth Lead at noon, a Middle Eastern e-commerce company. With over 6 years of experience across multiple sectors, she has worked in finance, e-commerce, and consulting. She is an avid reader, a travelling enthusiast, and an amateur painter. Ritika is a people person and enjoys interacting with individuals who bring in new perspectives or challenge her thinking. She loves to experiment, and her work experience reflects this as she has held various positions in different sectors. Ritika completed her Masters in Business Administration degree from IIM Bangalore, one of the top business schools in India. During her stay in the B-school, she expanded her knowledge of various domains such as Strategy, Supply chain, Finance, and Marketing. Prior to her current role at noon, Ritika worked with Aditya Birla Group as a Leadership Associate, Bain & Co. as a Summer Associate, and Barclays Capital as a Software Developer, spanning multiple geographies and cities. At noon, Ritika has been working as a Strategy & Planning Manager for almost 2.5 years now. She has witnessed the company grow from an early stage startup to the region's leading player in the space and is proud to be a part of this journey. As a Category Growth Lead, she is responsible for leading monthly planning across commercial teams, allocating revenue targets to country and category leads, and providing guidance towards revenue assurance by forecasting top-selling products, advising on in-stock management, and influencing buying decisions across retail and marketplace models. She also leads several strategic projects impacting the company’s strategic direction such as advising on long-term business model mix (retail vs. marketplace), assortment completeness, new market growth, etc. Ritika completed her Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and her high school from Ahlcon Public School, New Delhi. She has relevant experience of 8.95 years and is a software engineer by profession.
