Ritwik Sinha is a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with over 5 years of relevant experience in the field of Information Technology. He is currently working as an Intern at State Bank of India, where he is responsible for developing a Data Management System that enables users to interact with the system securely via web tokens. The system also employs role-based security policies that limit access to users based on their role in the organization's hierarchy. Prior to this, Ritwik has worked with companies such as Wipro and De Novo Group, where he gained extensive experience in Automation Framework and Contract Software Engineering, respectively. At Wipro, he developed test plans, configured test systems, and wrote test automation scripts using Selenium Webdriver for functional testing of the client's application. He also configured Cross-browser testing using Sauce Lab. At De Novo Group, Ritwik was responsible for fixing bugs and building new features for the WISP Management portal and the customer portal. He built a scheduling system using Google Calendar API, which reduced the workload on agents for scheduling and managing meetings with clients. He also built an order form system that enabled agents to keep track of the different services being provided to a client. Ritwik holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology. He also completed his Indian School Certificate (ISC) in Intermediate Science from St. Xavier's School. Ritwik is proficient in various technologies, including Software Engineering, Web Development, Android Development, UI Design, ReactJS, Selenium, and SDET.
