Rohan Biswal is a motivated and passionate Conversation Designer who is playing a crucial role in shaping the future of Conversational AI. He has a keen interest in designing and developing products that enhance the user experience. With a relevant experience of 1.79 years, Rohan is well-versed in understanding business requirements, conducting UX research, and creating natural dialogue flows by keeping technical constraints and product capabilities in mind. Currently, Rohan is working as a Sr. Conversation Designer at Haptik via LetsAlign, where he is responsible for maximizing the user's experience by leveraging advancements in NLP technologies and fundamentals of human conversation to design interfaces that are natural, intuitive, and effectively complete a user's journey. He crafts user-friendly conversational flows for both voice and text bots that are aligned with brand-user personas. He has experience working with multiple channels such as WhatsApp, WebBot, InApp Bot, and GBM. Rohan is proficient in using tools like Lucid Chart, Draw.io, Figma, and Miro and is currently working on VoiceFlow and Adobe Xd. In his past roles, Rohan has worked as a Software Engineer and Conversation Designer at LetsAlign, where he designed interaction modules for Google Action and Alexa Smart skills. He has also worked on IoT Home Automation using Google IFTTT service and Amazon Alexa Skills using Raspberry Pi and Node MCU using Voice features. Rohan has developed landing pages for various clients to collect leads, worked on Bigin CRM and Integration of the Landing page to CRM and WordPress to CRM, and developed and maintained the websites of Health care E-commerce hosted on Shopify. He has also worked on a UI application for OTT platform analytics and bridged the gap between the development team and clients. Rohan has an educational background in Computer Science, with a Master of Computer Applications from KIIT University and a Bachelor of Science from KC College. He has also completed his Senior Secondary Education from St. Xavier's College and Secondary Education from Navy Children School.
