Prior to K Raheja Corp, he was with Turner International, where he headed and managed challenging assignments for Airport Projects, Residential, IT Parks, and Commercial assignments. He was responsible for Leadership hiring and Proactive Talent Identification for upcoming projects. He has recruited more than 450 project Management professionals and more than 200 Airport project management experts for Delhi & Bangalore Airport projects. Rohan has also worked with Voltas Limited as Manager Human Resources, where he overlooked the HR function for International Business and Global Engineering. He majorly looked after recruitment for UAE, Oman, Qatar & Singapore regions across levels for HAVC & MEP projects. He also worked on cross-functional assignments involving Operations, L&D, and Engagement and driving Fun Events at different locations. Rohan holds an MBA in HR from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil from the University of Mumbai.
