Rohan Suresh is a highly accomplished strategy and innovation professional with over 15 years of experience in program and project delivery, portfolio management, process improvement, and value generation. He is currently working as a Project Specialist at Saskatchewan Blue Cross, where he is responsible for managing project planning, schedule and cost management, resource management, and risk analysis and mitigation. Prior to this, Rohan worked as a Senior Manager, Delivery at Nagarro, where he managed a team of 35 people and was responsible for project execution, project plan implementation, escalation of issues, and ensuring proper learning curve for the team. He also worked on developing an advisory suit for one of the big energy domain companies, release planning and prioritization of release scope along with business stakeholders, and technical analysis and preparing technical design of the solution. Rohan has also worked as a Manager at Tieto, where he managed a team of 52 people and was responsible for project execution, project plan implementation, escalation of issues, and cost and schedule management for the project. He worked on developing a core banking system for Payment & Cash Management, monitoring project defined metrics, and release planning along with business stakeholders. Rohan holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Saskatchewan, where he is currently pursuing his degree, and a B.Tech degree in Computer Science from the College of Engineering Roorkee. He also completed his schooling from Delhi Public School.
