Rohit Jaiswal is a Software Engineer at Gojek with a passion for System Design and Backend Development. With over 5 years of relevant experience, he has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Amazon and Exotel. Currently, he is a Software Engineer - II at Gojek, where he is responsible for designing and developing backend systems. During his time at Amazon, Rohit was a part of the Amazon Pickup Points Team and contributed significantly to the growth of the company. He developed package return capability in Amazon Locker software for Amazon Hub Locker+ stores, automated Partner Onboarding process for Amazon Pickup Points, and developed the E2E frontend of Amazon Store Launch Tool. He also enabled a feature for Amazon Business customers to receive order-related notifications on their personal email-Ids and device. Rohit was the SME for Amazon Lockers, Transactional Notifications, and Pickup Points and helped away teams with design & code reviews and guidance on the systems. At Exotel, Rohit developed and helped launch the Self Service International Dashboard that helped Exotel in expansion in South-East Asian countries. He also wrote scripts to automate mobile number metadata extraction and update process to Aerospike datastore and integrated call campaigns API to Exotel dashboard, which allowed customers to use a reliable version of call APIs and enhanced customer experience. Rohit holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Heritage Institute of Technology and an ISC in Science from Purwanchal Vidyamandir. His tech stack includes Golang, Java, Kafka, AWS, and Mobile and Web development. Rohit is a skilled Software Engineer with a proven track record of delivering quality work and is always eager to learn and grow in his field.
