Rohit Singh is a highly skilled product engineer with over 7 years of experience in the financial services industry. He is currently working at GoTo Financial (GTF) at Gojek, where he is responsible for developing and designing the platform's back end. Rohit is an expert in Java, Spring, Agile Methodology, Test Driven Development, Event Driven Architecture, and Domain Driven Architecture. Rohit has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur. He is a passionate back end developer who enjoys building his own apps in his spare time. Prior to joining Gojek, Rohit worked as a Senior Software Developer and Full Stack Developer at Barclays. During his tenure at Barclays, he worked on developing and designing the cards platform based on event driven architecture for Barclaycard US within the payments domain. He also developed gateways and applications using technologies like Oracle LogMiner and Apache Kafka to migrate the data from the old platform to the newly developed platform. Rohit also worked as a full stack developer in developing and designing the collections domain for Barclays US consumer loan business. Rohit is a strong engineering professional with excellent communication and leadership skills. He has organized boot camps for existing colleagues to onboard them onto the new platform and conducted regular tech sessions on different topics within and outside the team for personal as well as the team’s development.
