Rosemary Jadhav is a seasoned Technical Recruiter with over 15 years of experience in the field. Currently working at Wolters Kluwer as a Technical Recruiter, she is responsible for conducting pipelining for technology roles across developer profiles and active pipelining. With her extensive knowledge of the width of technology hiring and trends, including Cloud hiring skills, she has ideally done hiring for product companies in the technology sector. Her expertise in end-to-end recruitment activities makes her an asset to any organization. Before joining Wolters Kluwer, Rosemary worked at CompuCom as a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner, where she was responsible for end-to-end recruitment for niche and critical requirements. She worked closely with the Business Unit Head and fulfilled their requirements as per the business need. She sourced candidates through different sources like Job Portal, Employee Referral, IJP, Walk-in Drive, and Group Discussion. She also prepared recruitment reports and dashboards for weekly and monthly management review. Rosemary was an active team member for attending in-house and external trainings and was always a mentor to the team as and when required.
