Roshan also worked as a Planning Engineer at Shapoorji Pallonji, where he worked on the Tema Akosombo Railway Project for Ghana Railway Development Authority (GRDA). He prepared Equipment CAPEX, tracked mobilization of material, manpower, equipment, and coordinated with various departments to expedite the process. Roshan holds a PGP degree in Advance Construction Management from the National Institute of Construction Management & Research. He also holds an Engineer's Degree in Civil Engineering from M.G.M's Jawaharlal Nehru College of Engineering. Roshan completed his Higher Secondary School Examination in Science from Deogiri College, Aurangabad, and his Secondary School Certificate Examination from Maharashtra Public School.
