Roshan Mhatre is a highly ambitious and detail-oriented developer with a passion for exploring different domains and interests. He is currently working as a Backend Engineer at Fyle, where he is a part of the platform API team. Roshan has around 12 months of industry work experience and is always looking for more challenging problems to work upon. Roshan pursued IT as his major in college and has been fascinated by the idea of endless opportunities and products that can be created using computers. He participated in every event and webinar offered by his college in his first year and made a couple of Android apps while learning Android development in his second year. In his third year, Roshan wanted to work on real-life problems and build products used by a large number of users. This led him to complete around 5+ internships, where he gained valuable experience and learned new skills. Roshan's tech skills include languages such as Java, Python, and C/C++, web development tools like HTML, CSS, and Django, and databases such as PostGreSQL and DynamoDB. He is also proficient in data structures, algorithms, OOPS, Git and Github, Pytest, VSCode, Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS and GCP. Apart from his work, Roshan regularly practices problems on Leetcode and participates in contests of CodeChef and Leetcode to keep improving his problem-solving capability. He is also an active member of some of his favorite student communities such as Coding Minutes and Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador. Roshan's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Vidyalankar Institute of Technology, Mumbai. He also attended D.S.P Mandals K.V Pendharkar College of Arts Science and Commerce Midc Area Dombivli East Dist Thane 421 203 and S.V.B Sankara Vidyalaya. Roshan's past experience includes working as a Problem Setter and Campus Captain at Coding Minutes. As a Problem Setter, he architected 100+ new coding problems along with thoroughly tested test cases and solutions. As a Campus Captain, he set an example by becoming a good coder and spread awareness of coding. Overall, Roshan is a talented and driven developer with a strong desire to learn and grow in his field.
