Rubin Maharana is an accomplished Product Manager with over 6 years of relevant experience in the industry. He is currently associated with HT Media Ltd, where he is responsible for managing the product portfolio. Rubin has a strong academic background, having completed his MBA from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from National Institute of Technology Karnataka. Prior to his current role, Rubin has worked with Deloitte as a Management Consultant, where he received two prestigious ‘Live the Dot’ awards within a year. He performed As-Is & To-Be assessment of business intelligence and analytics for one of the world’s leading location mapping companies and designed wireframes and defined key metrics for operational analytics. Rubin also led a team of 4 developers and completely managed technical implementation of the guided-analytics dashboards, helping production teams track operational performances of ~3500 coders through data-driven analytics. Rubin has also worked with Cognizant as an MBA Summer Intern, where he designed a re-imagined Customer Service Value Chain using disruptive next-gen technologies and developed business strategy for P&C Insurance, Travel and Hospitality industries. He drafted a technical whitepaper detailing developments in Customer Experience delivery using next-gen cutting-edge tech and designed a roadmap for capability enhancement for both industries. Rubin's expertise lies in product management, and he has a strong understanding of the industry's latest trends and technologies. He is skilled in liaising with key stakeholders, requirement gathering, and development of complex wireframes into dashboards. Rubin has a multi-dimensional process assessment to optimize/ automate/low-cost source/ eliminate processes for an Automotive Credit Company.
