Ruchi Pakhle is a passionate and driven software engineer and open source developer with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the community. Currently a Junior in Engineering majoring in Computer Science, Ruchi has a diverse set of technical skills including expertise in Data Structures & Algorithms (C++), Web development (ReactJS, NodeJs), and DevOps. As a Software Engineer Intern at Redhat, Ruchi has gained valuable experience in the industry and is currently a Gold MLSA member. She is also an LFX Spring'22 Open Horizon scholar and a Harvard WECode'22 Scholar. Ruchi is an active contributor to the open source community and has contributed to Moja Global, Script Foundation, and FOSSASIA. In her current role as a Technical Intern at Cuvette, Ruchi has helped improve the accuracy of the recommendation system by 17% and made the dashboard 1.5 times faster and more efficient for profile reviewing. She has also guided over 100 students for tech internships and improved the overall performance of the platform. Ruchi has previously worked as an LFX Mentee at Open-Horizon where she deployed an edge node of the services project, modifying the installation process and publishing it on Docker Hub, making edge node installation 1.5x faster. She has also added missing makefile targets and implemented a few examples in different languages like Go, Python & C++. Ruchi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from MGM College of Engineering and Technology, where she is due to graduate in 2023. Her tech stack includes Spring, DevOps, Recommendation System, Web, NodeJS, ReactJS, Docker, and Python. With 0.77 years of relevant experience, Ruchi is a skilled and motivated software engineer with a passion for open source development and a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry.
