Ruchir Jain is a highly skilled Software Development Manager with over 19 years of experience in research and development, leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving. He possesses strong designing, analytical, and debugging abilities, which enable him to analyze complex business needs effectively and translate them into strategic decision-making and requirements that shape the systems of tomorrow. Ruchir is an expert in figuring out the resolution of an issue quickly and has been adjudged as an Outstanding performer for a project that was his initiative and is currently open-sourced and liked by the community. Currently working with Amazon as a Software Development Manager, Ruchir has previously worked with Adobe as an Engineering Manager and a Computer Scientist. In his role as an Engineering Manager, he was responsible for Solution Architect for company-wide automated security ticketing and reporting system and Exception management tool. He has also worked on the Meghdoot Nxt project as a Technical Architect, where he was responsible for architecting the project design according to AWS and keeping it secure/isolate enough to make it a stealth environment.
