Ruchir Patil is a seasoned Testing Leader with over 20 years of experience in the field. He has spent the last decade helping marquee customers with their automation, regression, and performance testing strategies across Americas and Europe. Ruchir has hands-on experience with testing tools like Selenium, QTP, and WinRunner. He has managed large testing operations with large teams spanning 10,000 test cases and over 1000 automation scripts. Ruchir has good working knowledge of various test management tools and methodologies, including Quality Center, JIRA, and MS Project. He has managed testing projects using Agile Scrum methodology and has exposure to domains like finance, healthcare, and retail. Currently working as a Sr Technical Architect - Automation at metricstream, Ruchir's role involves defining the Testing Services Strategy and Offerings for Valforma and engaging with customers to understand and fulfill their testing needs. He also works closely with other business units within Valforma to ensure the quality of their deliverables. By automating processes, creating solution accelerators, and redefining solutions, the testing services team at Valforma is ready to create value and drive transformation for their customers. Prior to joining metricstream, Ruchir worked as a Test Architect at IBM and a Sr Manager at Concentrix. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Karnatak University, as well as PUC and SSLC degrees from JSS College and Karnataka High School, respectively. Ruchir's tech stack includes test, Senior Software Engineer, and Selenium. With over 20 years of relevant experience, he is a valuable asset to any organization looking to improve their testing strategies and drive quality forward.
