Rushabh Shah is a computer science graduate with a primary interest in systems and algorithms. He is the founder of AiPrise, a company that offers a one-stop solution with pre-integrated identity verification and fraud detection APIs to pick and choose from and easily manage your identity stack. The company launched in June 2022 and is backed by Y-Combinator. Prior to founding AiPrise, Rushabh worked as a software engineer at Meta, where he was part of the Functional Correctness effort, one of the three primary health pillars for the Facebook Apps. He piloted the use of machine learning classifiers to mine through large volumes of user feedback to surface the top meaningful buckets of issues that users feel the most pained by, thus kick-starting the effort that later came to be known as Functional Correctness. He collectively scaled the effort from an experimental project with one Facebook App product team to an established program run by 28 Facebook App product teams (with other tooling and product partners). He is now leading this cross-functional effort to scale across five partner orgs (Facebook App, Instagram, Messenger, AdsManager, and Workplace), setting the long-term direction and vision for Functional Correctness. He is also actively working as the solutions architect for a framework to systematically address user feedback on the applications, as well as prevent future failures through centralized instrumentation strategies. Rushabh has a Master's degree in computer science from Stony Brook University, where he worked as a graduate teaching assistant for the course CSE 537 - Artificial Intelligence. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in computer engineering from Sardar Patel Institute of Technology. Rushabh's tech stack includes software engineering, machine learning, and senior software engineering. He has 5.18 years of relevant experience.
