Rushikesh Kothawade is an MBA candidate at IIM Amritsar with a focus on Business Analytics. He is an IT and Analytics Consultant at K12 Techno Services, where he is currently working as a Summer Intern. Rushikesh has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from VIIT College in Pune, where he graduated in 2020. Rushikesh is a research enthusiast in Data Analytics, Natural Language Processing, Machine learning, Artificial Intelligence, and more. He has worked for Persistent Systems Limited as a Software Engineer, where he developed a Salesforce system access integrated application using apex classes, lightning web components, and aura components. Rushikesh has also worked as an Equity Markets Analyst at Finlatics, where he undertook market research to implement strategies in real-time stock trading for some big IT and banking firms. He has done his BE project by undergoing a Research Internship at C-DAC (Applied Artificial Intelligence Group), Pune. Rushikesh is a Founder & Technical Head of ML Forum, VIIT, and Founder, Member & Event Coordinator at VIIT ACM Chapter, Pune. He was also the Event Head for the Annual college fest - Perception, where his responsibilities included carrying out the fest's technical events. He has excellent leadership and communication skills. Rushikesh is an active member of the Analytics & Business Computing Club of IIM Amritsar. His profile has been featured in one of the leading publications like Springer. Recently, his articles were published in the A-Gram (a Bi-Annual Magazine of ABC Club) for 2 consecutive years at IIM Amritsar. Along with this, he has written two articles on medium too.
