Sagar Kumar is a Senior Product Designer with over 6 years of experience in creating products that meet customer and business needs across B2B, B2C, and SAAS models. He is currently working at PayU, where he manages and creates a seamless transactional platform for Enterprise and SMBs markets, helping merchants manage their money more effectively. Sagar is a strategic thinker who spends most of his time developing strategies and roadmaps, working with and managing feedback from multiple stakeholders and executive leadership across domains. He is an expert in establishing communication with Client Services, Product Management, and Product Marketing management to design meaningful, impactful metrics-driven solutions. Sagar is passionate about bringing designs to life and communicating product vision to the team using mock-ups, documentation, and prototypes. He enjoys collaborating and working closely with product and service design leadership and designers across all teams. Sagar has a diverse professional background, having worked at Wongdoody and Infosys Digital as a Senior Lead Experience Designer. At Infosys Digital, he led the design vision, helped set product direction, and managed a team of designers. He also contributed to redefining the brand and exploring multiple concepts to elevate the product design system. Additionally, he led UX research while designing the visuals and interactions of multiple platforms that develop community, authentic relationships, and self-expression.
