Sahil Babbar is a highly skilled Frontend/UX Developer with a passion for software development and engineering. With over 5 years of relevant experience, Sahil has worked in multiple areas with diverse teams, involving Frontend/UI, UX Design, and DevOps. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from IIIT Delhi. Currently, Sahil works as a Senior Software Developer at Ericsson, where he is responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of the unit's central enterprise UI SDK. He is also working on complex frontend apps and use-cases in the unit's telecom domain and leading a sub-team of frontend developers for different deliverables while coordinating UX activities. Sahil is also working in a core team to strategize and migrate all the unit's enterprise applications from the old design system to Ericsson's new design system, across multiple releases. He is also training co-developers around frontend frameworks and tools according to particular project requirements. Prior to his current role, Sahil worked as a Software Developer and UI/UX Developer at Ericsson. He was responsible for developing components for the unit's internal enterprise UI SDK and worked in an agile team to deliver an enterprise Angular application with advanced use-cases for telecom operators, being used around the globe. Sahil also designed and developed the user interface of one of Ericsson's enterprise software, in coordination with UX and software development teams, at BUSS R&D. Sahil's technical skills include Frontend, Software Engineering, UI, Designer, DevOps, and AngularJS. He has a 'design crush' and is fluent in Frontend/UX Development. His experience in startups and corporate environments has given him a unique perspective on software development and engineering. Sahil is a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality software products.
