Sameer Chhabra is an experienced professional with over 24 years of experience in various roles in the startup and corporate world. He has spent the last few years focused on enabling and building the innovation ecosystem. Sameer is skilled in business operations, communication, strategy, program management, people management, process improvement & automation, content, and marketing. Currently, Sameer is the Chief of Staff at LetsVenture, India's largest platform for early-stage investing and fundraising. In this role, he spearheads the business operations and customer service functions. His primary objective is to make time, information, and decision-making processes more effective for the CEO and the leadership team at LetsVenture. Sameer's overall responsibilities include establishing and managing overall business operations and processes, business cadence and MIS, and strategic initiatives. Prior to LetsVenture, Sameer was the Vice President of Business Operations at T-Hub Hyderabad, an innovation hub and ecosystem enabler. He headed the Business Operations function, which included departments such as Business Management, Marketing, and Facilities. Sameer also headed the Human Resources department for part of his tenure and introduced critical processes related to KRA/KPI setting, performance appraisal, level & salary structure, and digitization of processes related to employee experience, recruitment, and payroll. He was also the Chief of Staff for the CEO during his tenure. Sameer has also contributed to transforming NowFloats to the next level. In his last primary role at NowFloats, he was the General Manager and headed the business operations and marketing functions. Sameer focused on MIS, analytics, ERP, internal tools, sales enablement, digital content, social media, and communications. He also managed board and investor relations and empowered the NowFloats board, investors, stakeholders, and management to identify and track key SaaS metrics and make informed decisions. Sameer holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Panjab University and completed his 10+2 in Science (Medical) from Dr. Virendra Swarup Public School, Kanpur.
