Sanjana Ranjan is a highly motivated and resourceful student of Master's in Management program at VŠE, who is passionate about acquiring knowledge and taking up challenging leadership and management roles. She believes that the combined knowledge of TECHNO-MANAGEMENT is crucial in the ever-expanding universe of DIGITAL ENGINEERING. With over 2+ years of experience in developing Software in the automotive industry, she has been a Software Product Developer, closely associated with L&T TS, Bosch, Audi, and Volkswagen. Sanjana has been privileged to get opportunities at work to provide training and support to the freshers and new joiners into the team. This opportunity, along with her actual work, has helped her gain hands-on experience in planning, training, assigning tasks and deadlines, managing and motivating new team members. She has received many appreciations and awards from customers and higher managers for her quick learning, effective trainings, and hard work & dedication towards work even during tough deadlines. Sanjana is highly motivated and has been passionate about taking up management and leadership positions ever since her Secondary and Undergraduate Education. She has a solid reputation as a strong individual contributor and a team player committed to achieving strategic goals. She has proven ability to demonstrate flexibility in managing multiple projects and working in a multicultural environment. Currently, Sanjana is working as an Associate, Global Procurement Organization at SAP. In the past, she has worked with L&T as an Engineer. Her entire work experience was with client Bosch India where she closely worked with their teams and at their location as a Software Product Developer of Volkswagen and Audi passenger cars. She has also served as Secretary at NHCE IEEE Student Branch. Sanjana has completed her Bachelor's of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from New Horizon College of Engineering in 2019. She is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Prague University of Economics and Business, which is expected to be completed in 2023. She has also completed a Master's degree (Exchange Program) in Embedded Systems from Esigelec: école d'ingénieurs-es généralistes in 2018. She completed her Pre-University College in PCME from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College in 2015. Sanjana's tech stack includes Software Engineer and Infra.
